Our limited-edition menu items spring from a collaboration between the French restaurant La Petite Maison and the Italian house of fragrance Acqua di Parma—a marriage between the French and the Italian Rivieras.

The special dessert and cocktail pairing put citrus fruits front and centre, a tribute to the aromas and flavours of the Mediterranean Riviera. It also marks Acqua di Parma’s launch of Colonia Il Profumo, a blend of bergamot, grapefruit, blood orange, and petitgrain enhanced by ylang-ylang and the Italian Riviera in a bottle. This citrus-themed pairing comes with a sample of Colonia II Profumo and a mini Luce di Colonia candle, included with every order.

The Dessert and The Coctkail

The dessert is Bergamot Tropézienne Tart WithGrapefruit Jam. Tarte Tropézienne is a beloved pastry from the glitzy French resort town of Saint-Tropez. LPM Group’s global pastry chef Benjamin’s version intensifies the citrus flavours by using a lemon-infused brioche and a filling of bergamot cream with grapefruit jam.

The dessert is best shared, the perfect sweet note to cap off your Valentine’s dinner in Dubai.

The cocktail, Vibrante, was developed by Tibor Krascsenics, LPM Group’s beverage director.

A blend of Ketel One vodka, champagne, bergamot, and lemon with Madagascar vanilla and a whisper of sandalwood, the refreshing cocktail exudes a zesty aroma to tease the nose and a stirring fruity essence to delight the palate.

A non-alcoholic version is available if you’d rather not imbibe.
